Digital Marketing ConsultantLocation: Foster City, CA Day 1 onsiteFull time hireJob Description for Senior Technical Lead (Onsite) – Digital Marketing Program – (GMP, GA, GTM and SEO role)Primary (Must have skills)· Strong experience in Digital marketing, Google Analytics, GTM, Google ads, SEO, Pay per click analysis, KPIs tracking, data analysis, strong communication.· Excellent in Analyzing performance data and optimized campaigns for better performance.o Analytics strategyo Analytics dashboarding skillsApart from GA4 and GTM, Tools like hotjar, SiteInprove etc· Executed tests, collected, and analyzed data and identified trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI.· Experience in Monitoring competitors' activity to identify any new strategies that may affect business goals.· Successfully developed and implemented digital marketing campaigns across a variety of social media channels to drive growth and customer engagement.· Well designed and implemented SEO and PPC strategies to increase brand visibility and website traffic.· Collaborated with team members to develop effective strategies to optimize website user experience and maximize conversions.SEO roles and responsibilities:· Conducting market research to better comprehend prevailing consumer behaviours.· Reviewing our former campaigns to ascertain areas of strength and weakness, which could inform subsequent outputs.· Conceptualizing marketing campaigns that speak directly to the pain points of existing and prospective clients.· Affiliated marketing.· Experience in SEO efforts and conversion funnels to generate monthly unique visitors and in monthly revenue.· Designed, implemented and optimized retargeting ads using Facebook and AdWords to improve the visitor conversion.· Planned and performed keyword research, in SEO.· Implemented A/B testing framework for SEO purposes for all content, which improves ranking.Been a part of the launch of a campaign for a new product.· Created a holistic paid acquisition strategy which improves ROI.Collect A/B testing data to improve campaign performance, leading to avg improvement (campaign start to campaign end)Email marketing strategy for product based on user engagement to increase the revenue.Conducting market research to better comprehend prevailing consumer behaviours.Reviewing our former campaigns to ascertain areas of strength and weakness, which could inform subsequent outputs.Conceptualizing marketing campaigns that speak directly to the pain points of existing and prospective clients.Managed Social media campaigns and reviewed all website content to optimize it.Qualifications:· 8-10 years' experience working in a marketing or related role.· Experience managing marketing email campaigns.· Experience with Marketo or similar marketing automation system.· Familiarity with Salesforce or any other similar CRM.· Demonstrated experience working in an analytics/data-driven roles.
