Finalytics.ai is a fintech SaaS company that helps credit unions and community banks turn behavioral data into more personalized, higher-converting digital experiences. We are scaling fast, and we are building something specific: the financial intelligence layer that decides the next best experience for every user across every channel, proves it drives growth, and gets smarter with every decision.

This is not a support role, and it is not back-office operations. This seat owns how the company executes and scales. If you think like a CEO but build like a systems engineer, if you are energized by turning hand-built expertise into repeatable systems, and if you want to scale a company from 20 clients to 80 in 18 months, this is the seat.

Why this role exists

Our growth and our advantage both depend on a leader who can translate manual processes into a system that runs them. We have proven the model with real institutions. Now we scale it. The COO is the person who makes that real, across onboarding, implementation, client success, delivery, and the operating discipline that lets us double, then double again, without leaning on heroics from a few people.

What you will own

• Run the company day-to-day.

• Own the shift from hand-built delivery to a systematized intelligence layer.

• Scale onboarding and implementation, from signed contract to launch to proven outcome.

• Build proactive client success and support that protects retention and surfaces expansion.

• Install the operating cadence, accountability, and metrics that keep the leadership team and the company on plan.

• Build team structure and talent across implementation, client success, support, account management, product coordination, analytics, and delivery.

What we are looking for

• Proven at scaling. A senior operator who has actually scaled a company or business unit through real growth, at a size relevant to ours, and who redesigns the business for growth rather than just running it as-is.

• A systematizer. A track record of turning manual, expert-dependent work into repeatable process and systems.

• A client operator. Ownership of onboarding, implementation, client success, support, and account management in a SaaS or client-services environment.

• A financial services hand. Experience serving financial institutions, with the judgment that trust, security, compliance, and executive-level client relationships require.

Strong pluses

Credit union or community and regional bank experience. Personalization, digital agency, digital banking, martech, analytics, AI, or CDP background. Experience scaling implementation, customer success, or professional services from an early or mid-stage base. Experience bringing product and services together under one client relationship.

What success looks like in year one

Onboarding is predictable. Delivery is systematized, not hand-built. Support is proactive. Client health is visible. The leadership team is accountable to a clear cadence. The company can add and expand clients without the founder in every decision, and we are measurably closer to the goal.

Compensation

Target base salary of $225,000 to $275,000, plus a target annual bonus of 20% tied to onboarding, retention, delivery, and growth milestones. The package also includes meaningful equity, weighted to the stage.
