Customer Service RepresentativeLocation: Garden Grove, CA Pay Rate: $25.00/hour Employment Type: Full-TimePosition OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support a high-volume Customer Service team with administrative tasks, customer follow-ups, order management, and data maintenance.This role will work closely with Customer Service, Planning, and cross-functional teams to ensure customer requests are processed accurately and efficiently. The position will also support key business initiatives, including a project focused on updating pricing for open orders.The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and committed to maintaining accurate information and a consistent customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Administrative SupportSupport the Customer Service team with high-volume administrative activities, ensuring requests are processed accurately and within established timelines.Conduct customer follow-ups and provide timely communication regarding order-related requests and updates.Maintain accurate customer and order information within company systems.Process and track customer requests while ensuring appropriate documentation and follow-up.Collaborate with Customer Service and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and maintain efficient workflows.Order ManagementSupport daily order management activities, reviewing and processing information based on customer requests and internal requirements.Research order information across multiple systems to ensure accuracy and completeness.Identify discrepancies or missing information and coordinate with the appropriate departments to resolve issues.Monitor open orders and complete required updates to support timely and accurate order processing.Maintain organized records and documentation related to customer and order activities.Pricing & Business InitiativesSupport a key business initiative to update pricing on open orders.Review existing order information and identify orders requiring pricing updates.Enter and verify pricing changes within applicable systems.Collaborate with Customer Service, Planning, and other stakeholders to ensure updates are completed accurately and within established deadlines.Track progress and follow up on outstanding items to support successful project completion.Data Accuracy & Process ImprovementReview system data regularly to identify inconsistencies, errors, or incomplete information.Perform quality checks to ensure customer and order information remains accurate.Follow established procedures and workflows while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying recurring issues and communicating potential solutions to the appropriate teams.Maintain a high level of accuracy while working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.QualificationsRequiredHigh School Diploma or GEDStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a high-volume environmentStrong computer and data entry skillsAbility to collaborate effectively with Customer Service, Planning, and cross-functional teamsPreferredAssociate's or Bachelor's DegreePrevious experience in customer service, order management, sales support, or administrative operationsExperience working with ERP, CRM, or order management systemsExperience supporting pricing, order processing, or data management projectsWhat We're Looking ForSuccessful candidates will be:Detail-oriented and highly organizedCustomer-focused and professionalComfortable working with large volumes of informationAble to prioritize competing requests and changing deadlinesProactive when identifying errors or potential issuesComfortable collaborating across multiple departmentsCommitted to maintaining accurate data and delivering a positive customer experienceWork EnvironmentThis position operates in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and requires the ability to balance recurring administrative responsibilities with project-based assignments and customer requests.
