Job Description Job Description Legal Search Solutions has partnered with a well-establishedfirm in Brickellon a search for an experienced Commercial or Insurance Defense Litigation Paralegal. The ideal candidate will have strong experience supporting attorneys through all phases of complex commercial litigation, including discovery, trial preparation, and document management. Open to candidates with 8-9 or more years of insurance defense or commercial litigation. Responsibilities: Assist attorneys with all phases of complex commercial litigation matters Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, notices, subpoenas, and discovery responses Manage large-scale document productions and coordinate eDiscovery processes Review, organize, index, and summarize documents for attorney review and production Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial logistics Prepare hearing binders, exhibit lists, trial notebooks, and witness materials Summarize deposition transcripts and key case documents Maintain case calendars, deadlines, and communication with clients, opposing counsel, and vendors Assist with trial preparation and provide trial support when necessary Qualifications: 9+ years of commercial or insurance defense litigation paralegal experience Experience handling complex litigation matters in a law firm environment Strong understanding of Florida state and federal court procedures Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Trial preparation experience preferred This position offers a competitive compensation package, a professional and collaborative environment.
