SalcinesLaw is a growing, fast-paced law firm seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal who thrives under pressure, loves organization, and takes pride in moving cases forward.

We are not looking for someone who simply follows instructions. We are looking for a professional who anticipates needs, solves problems, and becomes an indispensable member of our team.

Our practice focuses on real estate litigation, landlord-tenant disputes, commercial litigation, partition actions, foreclosure litigation, contract disputes, and related matters throughout Florida.

If you are highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy working directly with attorneys, clients, courts, and opposing counsel, we want to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Manage litigation files from inception through trial
• Draft pleadings, motions, notices, discovery, subpoenas, and correspondence
• Coordinate service of process and filing deadlines
• Schedule hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials
• Maintain attorney calendars and litigation ticklers
• Review and organize discovery responses
• Prepare exhibits, trial notebooks, and hearing binders
• Communicate with clients regarding case status
• Manage electronic filing through Florida's E-Filing Portal
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation
• Request and review court records
• Maintain accurate file notes and case management systems
• Track deadlines and ensure compliance with court rules

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Florida litigation experience
• Experience in real estate litigation preferred
• Strong understanding of Florida Rules of Civil Procedure
• Experience with discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Clio
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
