About the Role
Our firm is hiring a Litigation Paralegal to support our attorney across active civil litigation matters. This is an immediate-hire, W-2 employee position with remote work and flexible scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Draft and revise pleadings at the direction of an attorney
- Draft and revise discovery requests and responses at the direction of an attorney
- Manage case files, deadlines, and workflows within the firm's case management system
- Maintain and monitor litigation calendars and court deadlines using calendaring tools
Qualifications
- Experience with a legal case management system — CARET preferred ; comparable platforms such as Clio, 8am/MyCase, or similar are also welcome
- Familiarity with LawToolBox and other legal calendaring/deadline -management systems
- Demonstrated ability to draft and revise pleadings and discovery under attorney supervision
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines
- Reliable self-direction in a remote work environment
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $25–$30 per hour, commensurate with experience
