Resicum International LLC is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead Contractor Field Team (CFT) operations supporting the KC-135 Contractor Field Team (CFT) Support Services program. This is a full-time position based at Fairchild AFB, Washington, with travel to various TDY locations , and is contingent upon contract award .

The Site Supervisor serves as the primary on-site representative responsible for overseeing contract performance, supervising contractor personnel, coordinating daily maintenance operations, and serving as the principal liaison between the customer and Resicum International leadership. This position ensures all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with contract requirements, U.S. Air Force maintenance standards, company policies, and quality assurance procedures.

The successful candidate will manage daily workforce scheduling, personnel accountability, operational planning, contract performance metrics, and administrative reporting while fostering strong relationships with customer representatives and government personnel. The Site Supervisor will also support logistics coordination, equipment accountability, risk management, and the onboarding and integration of contractor personnel as required.

This position requires an experienced aviation maintenance leader with exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills who can effectively manage multiple functional areas while maintaining mission readiness and delivering outstanding customer support in both home station and deployed environments.

• Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for all contract operations and customer coordination.
• Supervise, mentor, and direct Contractor Field Team personnel supporting KC-135 maintenance operations.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), U.S. Air Force maintenance standards, and company policies.
• Manage workforce scheduling, task assignments, personnel accountability, and daily operational priorities.
• Monitor contract performance, quality assurance, and maintenance production metrics.
• Prepare and submit required reports, status updates, and administrative documentation.
• Coordinate logistics, travel, equipment accountability, and personnel support requirements.
• Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions to ensure mission success.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with customer leadership and government representatives.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and integration of contractor personnel as required.

This position offers the opportunity to lead a highly skilled maintenance team supporting KC-135 aircraft maintenance operations while contributing to the success of a critical U.S. Air Force Contractor Field Team mission. Employment is contingent upon contract award.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of military or civilian aircraft maintenance experience.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory or management experience leading aircraft maintenance operations.
• Previous experience supporting U.S. Air Force KC-135 aircraft maintenance operations is highly preferred.
• Experience managing Contractor Field Teams (CFT) , contractor logistics support (CLS), or Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of U.S. Air Force aircraft maintenance practices, maintenance production, quality assurance, technical orders, and maintenance documentation.
• Demonstrated experience leading multi-disciplined maintenance teams in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong leadership, organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to effectively interface with customer and government personnel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and standard business software.
• Experience preparing reports, tracking contract performance metrics, and maintaining administrative documentation.
• Ability to manage workforce scheduling, personnel accountability, logistics coordination, and operational planning.
• Previous experience as a Site Supervisor , Site Manager , Maintenance Superintendent , Production Superintendent , Aircraft Maintenance Unit (AMU) Superintendent , or equivalent leadership position preferred.
• Experience supporting U.S. Government aviation support contracts and working under a Performance Work Statement (PWS) preferred.
• Prior overseas deployment or contingency operations experience preferred.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain all required security clearances.
• Must possess or be able to obtain a valid U.S. passport.
• Must be willing and able to travel to various TDY locations in support of contract requirements.
• Must be able to meet all company, customer, and U.S. Government pre-employment requirements.
