• Ability to solve complex, ambiguous business problems and turn them into actionable analytics roadmaps.
• Excellent data storytelling and communication skills, tailoring insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong hands-on SQL skills.
• Strong hands-on Python skills.
• Practical experience applying statistics, experimentation/test-and-learn and machine learning techniques.
• Experience building analytical products, tools or data solutions that drive business outcomes.
