You will counsel on mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures, advise on real estate and construction transactions, and oversee NDAs and other key commercial agreements. Prior healthcare experience is preferred but not required.
This role provides hands-on counsel to executives and staff, ensuring legal compliance across a dynamic enterprise with a broad scope of obligations.
