Collaborate with Diverse Healthcare Teams: Work hand-in-hand with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to deliver cohesive, holistic patient care

Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their families in therapy protocols to ensure ongoing progress and support at home

Monitor Progress and Adapt Plans: Track clinical results and modify treatment as necessary to keep patients on their desired path

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution

Encouragement for ongoing education or advanced certifications

Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license is required

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory

A genuine enthusiasm for supporting individuals in achieving their highest independence

Ability to convey information with clarity and empathy to both patients and teammates
