AP Invoice Coordinator Entry Level

We are seeking an entry-level AP Invoice Coordinator to join a growing team for a 1-year contract opportunity (with strong potential to extend). This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is looking to gain hands-on experience within a professional corporate environment. No extensive accounting experience is required. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with numbers and data, and eager to learn. There is also an opportunity to continue growing within the account based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with processing invoices and employee expense reports
• Review invoice information for accuracy and completeness
• Enter and maintain financial and invoice-related data
• Help track invoices and payments through the approval process
• Communicate with internal teams to resolve missing or incorrect information
• Maintain organized and accurate records
• Assist with general administrative and accounting-related tasks
• Support process improvements as needed
• Take on additional responsibilities as you become more comfortable in the role

Qualifications

• 02 years of professional experience; internships, co-ops, and relevant school experience are welcome
• Associate's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field
• Comfortable working with numbers and entering data accurately
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to learn new systems and processes
• Reliable and comfortable working in a team-oriented environment
• Previous experience with invoices, accounts payable, expenses, or financial data is a plus, but not required

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract position based out of Dallas, TX.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $27.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
