Headquartered in Cranberry Township, PA, and with offices nationwide, we offer innovative freight solutions across all major modes, including truckload, LTL, rail, barge, air, and ocean.
Role Overview:
As an Inside Sales Representative , you'll play a key role in connecting customers with logistics solutions, managing freight shipping across the country 24/7/365. You'll begin with a paid training program, then quickly move into a client-facing role where you'll build relationships, close deals, and manage customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cold calling
- Develop long-term relationships with clients
- Negotiate pricing and close sales
- Collaborate with Logistics Coordinators to fulfill client needs
- Maintain accurate tracking and CRM data
- Continuously grow knowledge of the transportation industry
