Office Administrator

Office Administrator - Aurora DC: Location: Aurora, CO 80011 Hours: M-F, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Pay: $20-22/hr., Depending on Experience Experience: Minimum of 1 year Office/Admin/Clerical experience. We are looking for an experienced office administrator to support our distribution team in Aurora, CO. We are excited to share a new opportunity! Office Administrator Responsibilities: Assist customers by tracking order ETA's, processing updates, and resolving backorder challenges. Handle data entry, maintain filing systems, and process internal paperwork or preliminary shipping notices. Process return requests, coordinate customer credit details, and support accounting or collections inquiries. Manage incoming communications, order office supplies, and facilitate communication between branch and corporate headquarters. Office Administrator Requirements: A high school diploma or GED; business or administrative coursework a plus. 1 to 3+ years of previous experience in a general office, sales support, or administrative environment. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Work, Outlook) and comfortable learning enterprise or inventory software. Excellent phone and email etiquette with a strong focus on internal teamwork and customer satisfaction.
