Business Support Representative I

GENERAL SUMMARY:
At the direction of the Business Support Supervisor provide customer service and data entry support regarding PinnBank for Business via the telephone chat and email in compliance with established policies and procedures.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Assists existing customers with basic online business banking issues regarding password resets unlocks bill pay mobile banking and other simple questions.
- Verifies data entry changes made by Business Support Rep II and higher.
- Reviews and updates closed accounts in Bill Pay.
- Assists Business Support Supervisor with related projects as requested.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Knowledge of Fiserv internet banking software and general banking operations.
- Ability to communicate effectively with management customers and co-workers.
- Ability to pay close attention to detail and work with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
- Ability to assist others within the department.
- Skills in problem solving.
- Ability to make sound decisions using information at hand.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Seeing: 75-100%
Must be able to read computer screens and reports
Hearing: 75-100%
Must be able to communicate with customers
Standing/Walking: 50-74%
Climbing/Stooping/Kneeling: 25-49%
Lifting/Pulling/Pushing: 25-49%
Fingering/Grasping/Feeling: 75-100%
Must be able to operate a computer
PHYSICAL DIMENSIONS:
Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negotiable amount of force frequently or constantly to lift carry or otherwise move objects. Job involves sitting walking and standing.
