Land Development Manager

Job Overview K. Hovnanian is celebrating over 65 years of quality and leadership in the home building and community development industry. You will play a key role in decisions that help build dream homes where families create memories and plan their future. Responsibilities As a leader of our land development team you will organize, budget and monitor all phases of developing land for our customers’ future homes. This includes managing, motivating and developing a team of land development professionals, assigning work and geographic territories, prioritizing projects, and reviewing work product. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, planning or construction management (preferred).
- At least 5 years of land development experience in progressively responsible positions or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Fluency in the Request For Proposals (RFP) process for vendor/professional pool, including negotiation, award and execution of contracts.
- Valid driver’s license.
