Your responsibilities will include coordinating interview schedules, maintaining candidate records, and collaborating with various teams to facilitate timely hiring. Key facts Location: Brisbane, California Engagement: Contract Team: Talent Acquisition What you'll do Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout their interview journey, ensuring they receive a professional, welcoming, and positive experience from initial contact through onboarding. Organize and coordinate interview schedules across multiple teams and departments, managing complex calendars and prioritizing urgent requests to meet hiring deadlines. Arrange candidate travel, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, as well as coordinating onsite visits to Nurix's facilities when required. Collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, interview panels, and other stakeholders to facilitate a smooth and efficient hiring process from application submission to offer acceptance. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records, interview feedback, job requisitions, and communication templates within the company's applicant tracking system, specifically Greenhouse. Track recruiting activities, ensuring data integrity, compliance with internal processes, and timely follow-up with candidates and hiring teams. Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the recruitment workflow and improve the overall candidate experience. Support talent acquisition projects such as employer branding initiatives, recruitment events, and reporting activities to measure hiring effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Ensure all candidate interactions are handled with professionalism, confidentiality, and respect, fostering an inclusive and positive environment for all applicants. Contribute to creating a diverse and equitable hiring process by supporting inclusive recruitment practices and ensuring fair treatment of all candidates. Provide administrative support related to recruitment activities, including preparing interview materials, managing correspondence, and assisting with onboarding logistics as needed. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on recruitment policies, tools, and best practices. Assist with special projects related to talent acquisition, including market research, outreach campaigns, and data analysis to support strategic hiring initiatives. Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all aspects of recruitment coordination, ensuring deadlines are met and candidate information is accurate. Requirements A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, human resources, or related administrative roles, preferably within biotech, life sciences, healthcare, or fast-paced corporate environments. Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment activities while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional demeanor and a customer-service orientation. Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems; familiarity with Greenhouse is highly preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other relevant business applications. Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality when handling sensitive candidate and company information. Ability to work collaboratively across teams and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external candidates. Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for tasks assigned. Knowledge of ITAR regulations or experience working in regulated environments is a plus.
