Role Overview

The role combines deal sourcing, market intelligence, and growth analysis , supporting investment teams by building robust pipelines of venture and growth-stage companies and helping assess their readiness for investment.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source and identify high-growth startups across targeted sectors, stages, and geographies

• Conduct initial outreach and conversations with founders to assess growth potential and strategic fit

• Analyze company traction, unit economics, customer growth, and go-to-market strategies

• Support investment due diligence, including market sizing, competitive dynamics, and growth drivers

• Assist in developing growth-focused investment theses and sourcing strategies

• Track and manage sourcing pipelines using CRM tools and internal dashboards

• Monitor ecosystem trends, growth benchmarks, and emerging business models

• Support preparation of investment memos, growth analyses, and internal reporting

• Collaborate with partners, associates, and platform teams to align sourcing efforts with portfolio needs

• Attend demo days, industry events, and founder forums to expand deal flow networks

Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, analytics, or another relevant discipline

• Strong interest in venture capital, growth investing, and startup scaling dynamics

• Exposure to venture capital, growth equity, investment banking, consulting, sales strategy, or startup operations is a plus

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate growth metrics and business models

• Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with founders and operators

• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple sourcing initiatives

• Curious, data-driven, and motivated by identifying breakout growth opportunities
