Responsibilities Represent the company during promotional and customer engagement activities. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Support lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives. Participate in promotional events and community outreach activities. Build positive relationships with customers and prospective clients. Follow up with prospective customers to support sales opportunities. Assist with promotional materials, displays, and campaign resources. Maintain organized records of customer interactions and marketing activities. Support customer questions and provide helpful product information. Collaborate with team members to achieve marketing and sales goals. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality. Comfortable interacting with customers in person. Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve results. Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Previous marketing, sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or promotional experience is a plus but not required.
