Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth therapeutic sessions with clients, employing evidence-based practices to address their unique mental health needs.

• Participate actively in discharge planning and advance care planning, ensuring continuity of care for clients as they transition through different stages of recovery.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on thorough clinical assessments, psychiatric diagnoses, and specific client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily involves working with individuals coping with substance use disorders, particularly those undergoing detoxification and initial recovery phases. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
