Senior Accountant

We are partnering with a rapidly growing organization seeking a Senior Accountant to join its expanding finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants exposure to complex accounting matters, acquisitions, and strategic growth initiatives.
This role offers a clear path toward future leadership opportunities and will provide significant visibility across the business as the company continues to expand through organic growth and acquisitions.
The role is On-Site Monday - Thursdays with Fridays Remote
What You'll Do
- Prepare and review complex journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
- Assist with purchase accounting, acquisition accounting, and integration of newly acquired entities
- Participate in multi-entity and consolidated financial reporting
- Research and apply technical accounting guidance, including revenue recognition (ASC 606)
- Analyze financial data and identify process improvement opportunities
- Partner with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to support strategic initiatives
- Mentor and support junior accounting professionals
- Assist with internal and external audit activities
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with revenue recognition (ASC 606)
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Highly Preferred Experience
- Public accounting experience and/or a blend of public accounting and industry experience
- Exposure to acquisitions, purchase accounting, consolidations, or multi-entity environments
- Experience operating in a fast-paced, high-growth organization
- ERP experience such as NetSuite or similar systems
- Experience working directly with business partners, clients, or operating entities
