As a mobile wound care physician and independent contractor, you will provide critical, hands-on care to a vulnerable geriatric population in nursing facilities. You make the clinical decisions. COMPENSATION & COMPREHENSIVE SUPPORT

• Pay Structure: Per-patient visit pay, per-procedure pay.

REQUIREMENTS

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
• Active, clear, and unrestricted Illinois medical license.
• Active and unrestricted DEA license.
• Note: You do not need to have completed a full residency program and do not

need to be Board Certified/Eligible to thrive in this role.
