Opportunity Highlights High-impact leadership role with direct exposure to executive leadership and the Board Oversight of accounting and financial operations across domestic and international entities Significant involvement in budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and strategic planning Opportunity to influence financial processes, controls, and operational decision‑making Broad exposure to manufacturing operations, inventory accounting, and global business activities Lead relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and other professional service providers Collaborative, cross‑functional environment with strong visibility across the organization Responsibilities Include Lead monthly close, financial reporting, and consolidation activities Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes Prepare executive and board‑level financial reporting packages Manage inventory accounting, costing, and related financial controls Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax requirements, and regulatory obligations Coordinate annual audits and support technical accounting matters Oversee cash flow reporting, liquidity monitoring, and financial performance analysis Maintain effective internal controls and financial governance processes Partner with operations, HR, procurement, and other functional leaders Lead, mentor, and develop accounting personnel Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; advanced degree preferred CPA required 15+ years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience Public accounting experience is highly preferred Experience with consolidations and international operations Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and compliance requirements Prior supervisory and team leadership experience required Strong communication, leadership, and business partnering skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Harmer
