Americas Mailbox   is seeking a professional, organized, and people-focused   On-Site Human Resources Specialist   to join our growing team in   Box Elder, South Dakota .

  What You'll Do As our   On-Site Human Resources Specialist , you'll provide day-to-day HR support while helping create a positive employee experience from onboarding through ongoing employment.

 
Responsibilities include:

• Support daily Human Resources operations and employee-related activities.


• Coordinate onboarding, new hire paperwork, orientation, and employee file management.


• Maintain accurate employee records in BambooHR and other HR systems.


• Assist with hiring coordination, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and follow-up.


• Provide employees and managers with HR support and basic policy guidance.


• Track attendance, PTO requests, employee updates, and related documentation.


• Help ensure company policies, procedures, and HR standards are consistently followed.


• Prepare internal communications, employee announcements, and department updates.


• Assist with performance documentation, employee follow-ups, and management requests.


• Coordinate employee training, accountability initiatives, and HR projects.


• Maintain strict confidentiality while handling employee records and sensitive information.


• Report HR concerns, documentation issues, or employee relations matters to management.


• Complete additional HR and administrative projects as assigned.

  Qualifications

• Previous experience in Human Resources, office administration, employee support, or a related field preferred.


• Experience with BambooHR or similar Human Resources software is a plus.


• Experience with onboarding, employee records, hiring coordination, and HR documentation preferred.


• Familiarity with workplace policies, employee communication, and confidential recordkeeping.


• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, and spreadsheets.


• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.


• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with leadership and team members.


• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. This position does not offer visa sponsorship.

Full-Time
Monday–Friday
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Enjoy a consistent weekday schedule that promotes a healthy work-life balance while supporting our team during regular business hours.

  Compensation
$65,0000–$68,000 per year DOE
Competitive salary based on experience, qualifications, and Human Resources background.
