Complex Litigation Associate Attorney - Senior

We are regularly recognized for a workplace culture in which all employees have the opportunity to grow and reach their full potential.We are seeking a senior-level associate (7-9 years of experience) to join our Chambers-ranked product liability team, defending clients in high-stakes, complex litigation matters of national and international significance, with an emphasis on the aviation and transportation industry sectors. This posting is open to all US offices.Successful candidates will have:1. Excellent writing skills, demonstrated by experience gained through a clerkship, law review, moot court, or publication;2. Experience managing cases and teams through all stages of litigation, including pre-trial discovery, motions practice, experts, and trial;3. Ability to manage complex cases with minimal oversight;4. Superior academic credentials and references;5. Willingness to commit to excellent client service and a client-centered practice;6. Comfort with analyzing complex legal issues, for example, jurisdictional, choice-of-law, and admiralty law issues;7. Clerkship experience, especially at the appellate level, is strongly preferred.Our team works on some of the largest, most challenging matters for blue-chip companies worldwide.
