Program Assistant, Civics and Citizenship The Center for Revitalizing American Institutions (RAI) draws upon the Hoover Institution’s scholarship, government experience, and convening power to study the reasons behind the crisis of trust facing American institutions, analyze how they are operating in practice, and consider policy recommendations to rebuild trust and increase their effectiveness. The Program Assistant, Civics and Citizenship position will support RAI’s mission by providing administrative and project support to RAI’s work on civic education and democratic citizenship. In addition to general program support—including scheduling and processing payments—the Program Assistant will work on the following projects: Alliance for Civics in the Academy (ACA). The Program Assistant will support this work by: Supporting the development of a comprehensive civics Resource Hub Managing website resources and updates Serving as the assistant to the ACA Executive Committee Handling communications and scheduling for the Civics in the Academy webinar series Supporting the creation of professional development materials Civic Profile. The Program Analyst will support this project by: Communicating with institutional partners to compile and disseminate educator resources Managing website resources and functionality Supporting the development of survey adaptations by reviewing literature and assisting with the design of survey questions National Civics Fellowship (NCF). The Program Analyst will support this project by: Providing project support to NCF fellows as-needed Assisting with scheduling meetings and planning events Bachelor's degree is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr Stanford University
