As an Event Specialist, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of company events and promotional initiatives. You will work closely with internal teams, vendors, and event participants to ensure each event is organized, professional, and aligned with company standards. Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning, preparation, and execution of events.

• Support event setup, organization, and on-site coordination.
• Ensure event materials and resources are prepared and available when needed.
• Help maintain timelines and ensure assigned tasks are completed efficiently.
• Identify and help resolve operational issues during events.
• Maintain accurate event information, documentation, and internal updates.
• Collaborate with different departments to support event objectives.
• Represent NextShining in a professional and positive manner.
