They will join a team that is responsible for the strategic sourcing of non-procedural clinical products. Key responsibilities include managing quotes and contracts end-to-end, analyzing financial and qualitative data to identify sourcing opportunities, initiating and managing RFPs, optimizing vendor relationships through regular reviews, negotiating supplier contracts with clear service expectations, and acting as a liaison to ensure departmental alignment. The Specialist also supports supplier transitions, identifies and implements cost-saving initiatives, and seeks overall process improvements within the supply chain.
