Sourcing Specialist I

Job Description Primary Responsibilities: Support sourcing activities including RFQ preparation and vendor communication, to include organize supplier response, populate comparison matrices, and prepare award recommendations. Maintain supplier databases and procurement records. Conduct basic market research, spend analytics and supplier benchmarking to inform category decisions. Request and coordinate the creation of purchase orders with purchasing team. Track supplier performance metrics. Assist in sourcing initiatives analysis and reporting. Assist with supplier performance monitoring and documentation. Learn and apply Victaulic’s sourcing policies, supplier code of conduct, and contract administration standards. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field. 0–2 years of experience in procurement or sourcing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems. Strong analytical and communication skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
