Sr Associate, Senior Business Analyst & Special Projects This role at Fortitude Re involves identifying critical issues in service delivery, formulating analytical approaches, and applying analytics to build projects for improvement. The position requires strong program/project management skills, analytical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving abilities. The role is based in Nashville, TN on a hybrid basis. What You Will Do: Collaborate with the business to solve problems through data and metrics. Lead cross-functional problem-solving activities and build presentations to simplify complex data. Manage projects from ideation through implementation. Communicate findings and provide feedback to various stakeholders. Identify key data, acquire relevant data, and build data-driven stories to support decision-making. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance internal controls and customer experience. Develop ad hoc reports in collaboration with the business. Support a culture of continuous improvement. Lead and manage the Roadmap Definition and Execution for the Reporting Center of Excellence within TPA Governance. Drive exceptional execution and identify improvements. What You Will Have: Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. 5+ years of Life Insurance operations and compliance experience. Proficiency in MS Project and/or other project planning tools. Familiarity with SDLC and IT systems development lifecycle. Expertise in Excel, PowerBI, Cognos, and other reporting tools. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adhere to deadlines. Solution-oriented mindset and knowledge of AI tools.
