Payroll Specialist

Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 annually, depending on experience Location: Downtown Oklahoma City, Oklahoma Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Payroll Specialist to join their team! This is a great opportunity to step into a hands-on payroll role supporting bi-weekly processing through ADP while also contributing to light executive administrative work. The team is looking for someone who can grow with the company, adapt quickly, and bring a strong culture fit to a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities & Duties: Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and on schedule. Work within ADP to support payroll operations. Assist with light executive administrative duties as needed. Maintain payroll records and related documentation. Support day-to-day payroll questions and adjustments. Help ensure payroll processes remain organized and efficient. Required Qualifications & Experience: 2-3 years of payroll experience. Experience working with ADP. Ability to process bi-weekly payroll. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to adapt, learn, and grow in a changing environment. Onsite availability in Moore, Oklahoma. Nice to Have Skills & Experience: Previous exposure to executive administrative support. Experience in a smaller, fast-moving environment. Strong organizational and communication skills. Comfort working in a role with varied responsibilities.
