Payroll/HR/Administrative Specialist
TLC Garden Centers , the leader in the Oklahoma gardening and landscaping community, is seeking an experienced Payroll/HR/Administrative Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process bi-weekly payroll for approximately 100 employees
- Maintain employee records and timekeeping administration
- Provide training and support to employees within the payroll app
- Job applicant tracking and processing
- Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation
- Maintain confidential employee H/R files and documentation
- Support for various accounting and administrative functions
Qualifications:
- Previous payroll experience required ( Paycom experience is a plus )
- H/R onboarding experience preferred
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a relaxed, small-company environment
- Proficient in Excel and Word with the ability to create spreadsheets
- A/P and Cash Handling experience is a plus
