Base pay range $20.00/hr - $22.00/hr Duration: 6 month contract Must Haves Electronic Technician degree or related field 3-5 years of Technician experience Basic understanding of RF communications Proficiency in measuring devices and instruments such as DMM, Oscilloscope, Spectrum Analyzer, Power Meter, Signal Generator Ability to read schematics and perform broad-level repairs Day to day A client in the aerospace and defense industry is looking to add an Electronics Test Technician to their team on-site in Orlando, FL. This person will be responsible for testing and troubleshooting RF communication tasks, applying basic RF principles, and using Microsoft Excel and Word to prepare detailed reports on test outcomes and corrective actions. They will ensure all equipment and components are functioning correctly, interpret schematics and specifications, and perform testing and repairs. The role requires lifting objects up to 50 pounds. The work schedule is Monday - Friday in-office, with every other Friday off due to a 9/80 schedule. The pay range for this role is: $20/hr to $22/hr.
