Sales Management Opportunity - Immediate Hire!

US Telecommunications (USTCi) is seeking a Field Sales Manager to drive the expansion of Verizon's market-leading 5G services including Verizon Wireless and Home Internet. We focus on building relationships with property staff at local apartment communities to promote Verizon services to residents.

You will be leading a team of six to eight field sales representatives in South Florida (West Palm Beach to Miami):

• Ensure team members clearly understand what is expected of them and that the sales process is conducted in compliance with Verizon regulations.
• Motivate your team to achieve the highest level of performance through effective leadership and established best practices.
• Coach and counsel team members to improve skills and address performance.
• Monitor performance on a daily basis and provide reporting to Verizon management and the USTCI Executive Team as required.
• Recruit additional sales associates as needed, using recruiting processes established by USTCi.
• Some local travel is required.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for candidates with 3+ years experience in sales management with the ability to build and lead a high-performing team of field sales representatives.

• Must have a track record of strong work ethics and integrity.
• Strong technology background with previous phone or internet sales experience preferred. Preference will be given to candidates with recent Verizon experience.
• Be computer-literate with the ability to manipulate spreadsheet data and create presentations.
• Possess sound time management and organizational skills.
• Able to communicate effectively with diverse cultures, personalities and work styles.
• Available to work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends.
• Willing to travel for in-person training and field visits.
