Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Full-Cycle Searches from the initial intake through to placement.
  • Serve as a Trusted Client Partner, gaining insights into their hiring requirements, challenges, and organizational culture.
  • Engage in Strategic Sourcing by utilizing our innovative CRM/ATS, alongside your own network and advanced communication tools.
  • Utilize Our Comprehensive Platform to manage candidates efficiently, monitor outreach, automate communications, and maintain organization.
  • Focus on Permanent Placements that yield enduring value for clients as well as significant commissions for yourself.

Your Profile

  • A minimum of 2-3 years in agency recruiting or consultative sales.
