Our client is looking for an HR Coordinator to join a growing manufacturing organization in Greer, South Carolina. This fully onsite position is well suited for an early-career HR team member who is eager to expand their experience across employee support, compliance, and multi-location human resources operations. Working closely with the HR Manager, this role offers meaningful exposure to core HR activities while building toward a broader HR Generalist or HR Business Partner career path.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily human resources activities and serve as a reliable point of contact for employees and supervisors across multiple sites.

• Assist in addressing workplace concerns by preparing documentation, tracking follow-up actions, and helping managers navigate policy-related matters.

• Support the employee lifecycle by facilitating onboarding, maintaining personnel files, and processing updates related to job changes and employment status.

• Help uphold compliance standards by ensuring HR practices and records align with company policies and applicable employment regulations.

• Respond to HR questions from staff and leadership, researching issues as needed to provide accurate and timely guidance.

• Prepare reports, update HR systems, and maintain organized documentation to support effective decision-making and record accuracy.

• Collaborate with the HR Manager on special projects, workflow enhancements, and broader people-focused initiatives.

• Provide support in areas such as recruiting coordination, payroll assistance, and benefits administration based on business needs.

• Handle sensitive employee information with discretion while maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.Our

• At least 1 year of experience in human resources within a coordinator, assistant, specialist, or entry-level generalist role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline preferred; relevant HR certification may also be considered.
• Familiarity with one or more HR functions such as employee relations, onboarding, compliance, payroll, benefits, or recruiting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees and managers at various levels.
• Sound judgment and a proactive approach to researching questions and resolving unfamiliar HR issues.
• Excellent organizational ability and close attention to detail in a fast-moving work environment.
• Comfort working in a multi-location setting; exposure to multi-state HR practices is a plus.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office; Spanish language skills are an advantage.
