### Join Our Dynamic Radiation Therapy Team! **Job Description:** - **Position:** Radiation Therapist - **Location:** Wilmington, NC Coastal Region - **Shift Options:** - Day 5x8-Hour: 08:00 - 17:30 - Day 4x10-Hour: 07:00 - 17:30 - **Experience Required:** 1 year (new travelers are welcome) - **Patient Age Group:** Adults - **Daily Census:** Approximately 110 patients - **Work Settings:** Adult Outpatient **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide high-quality radiation therapy to patients using Varian linacs (True Beam, Halcyon, 21iX) - Float between two clinical sites, ensuring seamless patient care - Collaborate with a dedicated clinical team, including onsite MDs and RNs - Participate in treatment plans for: - Prostate Cancer with Seeds/Fiducials - IMRT - Intensity Modulated Radiotherapy - Stereotactic Radiosurgery (SRS) - Benign Brain Tumors, and more - Utilize advanced technologies such as ARIA, CBCT, and image-guided treatments **Required Skills & Certifications:** - ARRT T certification (preferred) - BLS certification - Strong understanding of Radiation Safety and Isolation Precautions **Additional Information:** - **Orientation Duration:** 8 hours - **Competitive Time Off:** 2 requests - **Unit Ratios:** 1 therapist to 5 patients - **Collaboration Opportunities:** Work with Interpretation Services, Social Services, and Transportation **Special Note:** - Candidates will begin directly in the clinic. - RTO (Requests Time Off) is limited to 7 days maximum after booking. - No performance of CT simulations or dose calculations required. - Flexibility in shift start times based on clinic needs. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
