• Board Certification – AANP or ANCC certification required.
• Life Support Certifications – BLS certification required; PALS certification

preferred. * Clinical Experience – Background in an ambulatory infusion center, outpatient specialty clinic, or similar setting is a plus. * Ability to Treat a Diverse Patient Population – Must be able to care for both adults and pediatrics—Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) preferred. * Strong IV and Infusion Therapy Skills – Experience with specialty biologics, medication management, and emergency response protocols. * Proficiency in Clinical Documentation – Experience with EHR systems and a strong understanding of HIPAA and regulatory compliance. * Exceptional Communication & Collaboration – Ability to work effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Pay is based on factors such as market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and is benchmarked against similar organizations in our size and industry. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the posted range, as compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. In addition to cash pay, full-time regular employees are eligible for 401(k), health benefits, and other company-provided benefits. North Jersey Area Pay Range
