Manager, Business Enablement, Commercial Controllership Finance

Manager, Business Enablement, Commercial Controllership Finance at AbbVie leads strategic financial initiatives for the commercial organization. The role focuses on investment optimization, demand reporting, and process improvements while partnering across finance, supply chain, and therapeutic area teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage commercial investment optimization program including quarterly steering committee reviews and savings tracking
- Partner with procurement and finance teams to improve visibility and investment decision-making
- Deliver monthly demand reporting and coordinate demand uncertainty assessments with therapeutic area finance teams
- Lead annual minimum-maximum planning process with U.S. and international therapeutic area teams
- Identify and implement process improvements and AI-enabled solutions to strengthen reporting and efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- 7+ years of progressive, relevant financial experience
- Strong understanding of financial processes and systems
- Project management and strategic problem-solving skills
- Clear written and verbal communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to collaborate across functions and influence without direct authority
- Proactive, self-motivated approach with independent work capability
