Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of company programs or subsystems of major programs. Participates in the negotiation of contract and contract changes. Coordinates the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract. Acts as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance. Establishes design concepts, criteria and engineering efforts for product research, development, integration and test. Develops new business or expands the product line with the customer. Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications. Directs the work of employees assigned to the program from technical, manufacturing and administrative areas.Basic Qualifications8+ years of related experience with a post-secondary degree or training in a related discipline (or equivalent experience)Proven experience managing the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serving as liaison between project management, planning, project teams, and line managementDemonstrated expertise in coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection, training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary administration, and recognition/disciplinary actionsSkills in overseeing project status, budgets, schedules, and preparing status reportsAbility to monitor project issues, develop resolutions, and establish mechanisms for monitoring project progress and problem-solving with project managers, line managers, and clientsDesired SkillsProven experience managing the integration of data-centric organizational frameworks and initiativesExpertise in change management using ADKAR methodology to drive organizational adoption and transformationExperience overseeing the integration of new systems designed to enable data access, transparency, and reportingWorking knowledge of AI systems, SAP tool sets, and RFID technology as applied to operational project management and data optimizationPay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $133500.00 - $247900.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
