Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models into production environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI-driven solutions for business challenges
• Build and maintain data pipelines to support model training, evaluation, and inference
• Research and implement state-of-the-art NLP, computer vision, or generative AI techniques
• Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve model performance and accuracy
• Develop APIs and integrations to embed AI capabilities into existing software platforms
• Document technical processes, architectures, and model methodologies

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field
• Proven experience building and deploying ML/AI models in production
• Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
• Experience with LLMs, generative AI, or prompt engineering is a strong plus
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and MLOps practices
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly

Compensation: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
