Human Resources Coordinator

Providing operational and administrative support across the employee lifecycle, the full-time Human Resources Coordinator will manage recruitment coordination, onboarding, and benefits administration while ensuring compliance and data integrity, with the flexibility to work remotely or onsite. Key responsibilities Coordinates employee lifecycle administration, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding activities, ensuring consistency and compliance Maintains accurate employee information within HR systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with legislation Supports recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communications Required qualifications 3 years of experience in Human Resources, HR Administration, or recruitment coordination Working knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle administration Basic understanding of employment legislation and workplace compliance Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HR Information Systems (experience with Dayforce is an asset) Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
