We are passionately committed to providing exceptional, local care to our friends, families, neighbors, and communities at large.Mission: To work together to serve the needs of our patients and community.Vision: A community where all can achieve optimal health.Values: Kindness, Collaboration, Patient & Family-Centered, Safety, Excellence, Efficiency, and Professionalism.What You'll Do:Review and prepare patient chart for completeness of clinical information for the appointment, ensuring appropriate diagnostic study/lab results for the exam are in the chartPrepare exam rooms as appropriate for each patient visit, and clean exam rooms between each patient encounterAccompany patient to exam room, obtain vital signs, and review and enter patient information, including medical history and medications list, into the EMRAssist the physician with minor office procedures and examinationsAt the completion of the visit, label and prepare laboratory specimens for transport, and complete referral letters to appropriate physiciansDuring the course of the day, screen add-on patients, return patient phone calls regarding care and instructions, maintain medical supplies in exam rooms and supply closets, screen and process incoming calls for prescription renewal, verifying that all information is complete and accurate prior to tasking to physician for reviewAdminister immunizations and/or medications as directed by the physician or advanced practitioner and document in the EMRPerform CLIA waived in office testing and document results in the EMRPerform ECGs as directed by practitionerFill vacancies at other Speare physician offices (both clinical and clerical) as requested.
