What You'll Do

• Deliver anesthesia care for a wide range of surgical and procedural cases within a Level I Trauma Center
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nurses, and perioperative staff to ensure seamless patient care
• Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and evaluations
• Administer anesthesia and continually monitor patients intraoperatively
• Manage post-anesthesia pain control and recovery
• Document all patient encounters accurately in EPIC EMR
• Respond to call within one hour, providing backup anesthesia services
• Support staffing needs during ongoing shortages in a dynamic hospital environment

What You Need

Required:

• Current ACLS, BLS, and NBCRNA certification
• Valid Michigan RN license with CRNA qualification
• Ability to work independently in a hospital setting

Preferred:

• Prior experience in inpatient anesthesia practice in a Trauma Center context
• Strong team collaboration skills
