NextGen Hospitality Solutions is excited to announce an opportunity for a Fast Casual Restaurant General Manager to join our team in Fort Lauderdale. This full-time, on-site position offers a unique chance to lead a vibrant team in the fast-paced restaurant industry, focusing on delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
In the role of Fast Casual Restaurant General Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our bustling restaurant, ensuring that service, quality, and satisfaction standards are consistently met. By fostering a positive culture and empowering your team, you will drive revenue growth and enhance customer loyalty. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure a smooth and efficient service
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff to promote their professional growth
- Manage inventory and control costs to maximize profitability
- Develop and implement promotional strategies to attract and retain customers
- Maintain health and safety standards in compliance with regulations
- Conduct regular evaluations of staff performance and provide constructive feedback
- Analyze sales data and create reports to track performance and identify trends
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high morale
Requirements
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar managerial role in the restaurant industry
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations and financial management
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management is preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
