Manager, Medical Review & Communications, Global Medical Affairs

Kiniksa Pharmaceuticals

Kiniksa Pharmaceuticals seeks a Manager to support Global Medical Affairs by reviewing promotional and medical materials, developing communication resources, and ensuring scientific accuracy across all deliverables. The role involves cross-functional collaboration and maintaining alignment with company strategy.

Responsibilities

Conduct timely medical review of promotional and medical deliverables for accuracy and appropriate references
Develop and maintain medical communication resources including slide decks, dossiers, and disease state materials
Collaborate with Medical Director to implement communication plans aligned with Global Medical Affairs needs
Support advisory board planning and healthcare provider engagement activities
Assist with sales team certification initiatives and maintenance of scientific communication platforms

Requirements

Advanced scientific degree (PhD, PharmD, MD) or relevant advanced degree (MS, MPH)
Minimum 2+ years medical affairs experience in biopharmaceutical industry or scientific/medical communications
Ability to explain complex scientific and clinical concepts clearly in writing and verbally
Strong attention to detail with capacity to simplify complex medical information
Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams across commercial, compliance, regulatory functions
