Qualifications and Desired Experience:
• Valid and current Occupational Therapy license
• Previous experience working within school settings preferred
• Ability to manage caseloads across diverse school sites
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and families
• Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and schedules
• Skilled in developing and implementing IEPs and therapeutic interventions

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students across multiple sites
• Evaluate and document student progress and needs through formal and informal assessments
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families on student care plans and accommodations
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing professional input and supporting documentation
• Adapt therapeutic strategies to classroom and individual settings
• Maintain accurate, timely records in accordance with school policies and best practices
