Senior Account Executive (Technology Sector Earned Media Specialist)

SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE, MEDIA RELATIONS SPECIALIST With TECH INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE (Fully Remote or Hybrid) rbb Communications, a best place to work and top 50 integrated communications firm, seeks an experienced Senior Account Executive who specializes in earned media relations and brings experience in tech industry trade and consumer work. If you have proven experience across national business and trade media, we should meet. rbb is the place to keep moving your career forward. Key Responsibilities: Our SAEs contribute smart and creative ideas aligned with client strategies, secure top-tier impact placements, and play a client-facing role. They work on four to six accounts and must be organized, motivated and ready to learn. Earned Media Persuasively develops and writes pitches, releases, advisories, etc.; secures top tier media placements regularly Translates client information into strategic and compelling media angles and thought leadership Drives proactive media strategy and results Forms strong media relationships; share leads, ideas and contacts with team Up to date on media trends, editorial calendars, themes, deadlines, etc. to create opportunities for clients May own trade show strategies and speakers bureau activity Internal/Client Service Connect with clients regularly for updates and feedback to ensure team productivity Produce thorough updates for clients, including media updates and new initiatives (events, marketing alliances, etc.) Manage, mentor and support teammates Ensure detailed organization for client, media & office activities, deadlines, requests Track client and industry news Qualifications And Skills Experience: Minimum 3 years of PR agency experience and proven media success in tech industry Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher Skills: Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook), Fun to work with, friendly and all-around great attitude, solid references #J-18808-Ljbffr rbb Communications
