Antenna is looking for an Senior Account Executive for our Real Estate practice to support the development, coordination, and direction of public relations activities on behalf of luxury real estate, multifamily, affordable housing, lifestyle, CRE and proptech clients. Candidates must reside in South Florida or New York City. What you’ll do: Support strategy sessions and assist with PR plan development Support the creative development process, identifying fresh approaches to clients’ programs Work with senior staff to gain an understanding of account financials and staff utilization Where applicable, work with in-house digital marketing and social media professionals to align with PR campaign goals Client Relations: Serve as a client point of contact across accounts Take an active role in client update calls Work with teams to ensure maintenance of internal and client-facing dashboards Media Relations: Participate in media strategy development across accounts Identify opportunities for proactive and reactive pitching Strengthen relationships with existing press contacts and build connections with new relevant reporters Master media outreach among trades and regional print, broadcast and online outlets Deliver exciting email and phone pitches Meet at least one reporter per quarter Content Creation: Draft press releases, bylines, case studies and sales collateral—free of typos, factual inaccuracies, outdated messaging, etc. Draft and edit social media content that reflects knowledge of clients’ messages and audiences, as well as current best practices for optimum reach and engagement Ant Management and Mentorship: Work with interns, AAEs and AEs to develop and strengthen PR skills and understanding of clients’ industries Effectively “manage up” to Supervisors, Directors and VPs Participate in agency team building activities Oversee Asana maintenance Who you are: Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism or related area 3+years of direct public relations experience or related areas Interest in and basic knowledge of the real estate industry Detail oriented, organized and ability to manage time effectively Self-motivated, proactive and flexible Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong writing, editing and communication skills
