With our entrepreneurial philosophy, there is truly nothing holding you back.ResponsibilitiesStarting as an Accountant, you are executing accounting procedures and principles that will lead to financial statement, preparation, and financial analysis.Prepare financial statementsPerform branch audit evaluationsAssemble bank reconciliation and account schedulePrepare journal entries, expense accruals and allocationsParticipate in a timely and accurate month-end closing processAssist personnel with questions regarding accounting policies and proceduresAnalyze income statements fluctuationsProvide process improvement and cost saving ideasManaging financial records, assist in financial reportingSupport budgeting and forecastingConduct audits and ensure complianceCollaborate with other departmentsMay be responsible for T& E reports, coding, account classification and reimbursement amountsMay be responsible for preparation and sales and other tax returnsEqual Opportunity Employer/Disability/VeteransQualificationsMust have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.Must have basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.Must be flexible to relocate outside local/state area within a 1-3 year period to accept promotional opportunities.Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
