Estate Planning Attorney

We are seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney to join a growing practice in Hollywood, Florida . This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys working directly with clients, developing customized estate plans, and serving as the primary point of contact throughout the client lifecycle. Hybrid schedule available. Responsibilities: Meet with clients to understand their estate planning goals, concerns, and objectives Provide guidance on estate planning, wealth preservation, retirement planning, charitable giving, and insurance strategies Develop and implement customized estate planning strategies Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents Manage cases from initial client consultation through file completion Work collaboratively with paralegals and legal staff while maintaining responsibility for client matters Identify opportunities to improve processes, procedures, and client service delivery Deliver exceptional client communication and support throughout the planning process Qualifications: 5+ years of estate planning experience required Active Florida Bar license in good standing Graduate of an accredited law school Strong drafting, analytical, and client counseling skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word and Excel); experience with Clio and Google Workspace is a plus Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Excellent professional references required If you are passionate about helping individuals and families protect their assets and plan for the future, we encourage you to apply. #J-18808-Ljbffr
